There are more costs involved in building an ecommerce site (or an Estore), but the rewards can be worth it!
On the other hand, many people have found success just opening an Ebay or Yahoo store and making sure it is prominently referenced and promoted on their main site. Some have even abandoned an Estore in favor of an Ebay or Yahoo store. It’s easy to get started and easy to manage yourself.
So, if you have any misgivings about investing in an ecommerce site, you may want to consider those options. They will help you get your feet wet in ecommerce for a smaller up front cost. The downside is you will make less on each sale because they do charge a fee for each transaction.
I would love to be able to say that Arrowhead Graphics can guarantee that your site will be at the top of the results in your chosen category, but I can’t do that. What I can guarantee is that we will work to get you ranked as high in the results of the major search engines as possible. We’ll explain what is needed to help your site rise in the rankings, and work with you to get those things done.
Too often, this is the image in most folks mind when it comes to starting a website. For most customers, cost is the first worry that comes to mind. Let’s face it, website design can be an expensive proposition . . . especially if it doesn’t meet your needs.
Your best course is to decide what you wish to accomplish with your website:
These and many other questions need to be addressed before your site begins taking shape. First let’s consider which model fits your needs better.
We offer three basic options for building your website. We call them our Bronze, Silver and Gold plans. Look at each plan and see which one best fits your needs.
Once published to your server, your customers will be able to see it, but will they be able to find it?
We spend a great deal of time crafting your site to appeal to the search engines.
Several items come into play in climbing in the search results:
A new site takes time to filter into the results because the spiders must index it and determine the value of the content.
They also look at the amount of traffic your site generates. So, make sure your web address shows up in all your ads, business cards, brochures etc.
SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. It is the process of attracting the search
spiders and bots.

The two kinds of SEO are White Hat SEO and Black Hat SEO.
White Hat SEO employs tactics that are accepted by the search engines. It doesn’t try to fool them.
Black Hat SEO uses tactics that can cause your site to be banned from search engine results. If your site is banned, it will no longer appear in their search results.
We NEVER use Black Hat SEO.

Emails that promise to put you at the top of the search rankings are almost always from Black Hat SEO groups.
The cost of your web site will depend on what features you wish to have.
Most of our sites cost from $500 to $750 for one year. That’s for a 5 to 8 page site.
This includes keeping the site running right. We fix any errors that may develop. We will also make any minor updates you may need.
Minor updates will be uploaded by the next business day.
Ecommerce, requires a lot more of our time, so there will be more costs involved. We will charge an hourly rate to develop an Estore (Electronic Store).
Updating and upkeep on Ecommerce sites is billed at an hourly rate of $25/hr.
Of course, no one knows your business better than you. So we value your input into the planning process.
What do you want to tell your visitors about your business? About your industry? About yourself? What images do you need us to include? Who do you want us to link to?
This is called content, and it makes the search spiders and robots very happy. They love content! And whey they are happy, your site goes up in the rankings.
If you have special material that you want included in the site, we will need you to provide that as soon as possible so we can incorporate it in the design process.
Last but not least, you will need to approve the site before it goes “live” on the internet.
